Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay for some upcoming landscaping projects we have planned for our new home. We just built a new home and as spring is coming we are turning our projects to the outside. We have plans for a new driveway, sprinkler system, and plenty of hardscaping as well as plant to be added to our exterior. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am your ideal borrower, I pay my notes (most likely in advance) promptly, I am gainfully employed, I have a strong financial balance sheet (where as I don't require a loan but I'd like to keep assets working in other areas, as oppose to liquidating to finance a home project). Any lender will be satisfied with enjoying higher rates here versus other instruments BUT will not have to lose sleep over lending to me. |
