Thank you for considering my listing. This is why I am a good risk: I have worked on my job for over six years. I own my own car and my home is owned by a living trust so I have no rent or mortgage payments. I know that I can pay this back and would rather pay real people than institutions. I am the single mother of a 13 year old son. We have a dog that we adore. I have made mistakes in the past. Some of them were not mine alone but I do feel these problems are behind me. I am in a bind but I truly believe that I am worthy of help so please help if you can. My dog and my son are both counting on me and I really don't want to let them down. I have the following monthly budget: Income After Taxes $2000 My Bills: Utilities $400 Gasoline $150 Health Insurance $100 Credit Card Bills $350 Car Insurance $140 Home Insurance $ 40 Food $350 (I am feeding an up & coming football player) I would like to get a loan to eliminate some debts including paying off my last loan, $785 income tax bill caused by an unexpected 1099 for an award I received at work, and a property tax bill which, in years past, was paid by the trust which owns my home. By funding my loan, my budget will be less tight and I can take care of the bills that are costing me the most money. Thank you for your help. |
