Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to complete the repairs of my deceased parents home so I may sell, or rent it. This project started out as a simple repair of a few small items. Then I discovered mold, had a water pipe break, termites, rotten wood, asbestos tile and so on. Sadly enough I believe that some of these issues are what caused the demise of my Mothers health. I am so close to being finished with the repairs. I can see the finish line. The house is located in a great neighborhood close to the local University, so renting or selling the house won't be an issue. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I will do whatever it takes to make this payment. I am a huge fan of Prosper and believe in it. I have money in an IRA, but the penalty is outrageous for me to use that. I would much rather work with the folks here on Prosper. My credit is not shining and perfect, but my reputation with Prosper is spotless and I plan to keep it that way.
